What Is PMS ?

PMS is a procedure, operated by the International Division to control the Quality & Safety Management System.
Accordingly, we have established a Project Quality & Safety Management System in compliance with Indian regulations and standards.

PMS - Roles & Responsibilities

1. Ensure complete performance of PMS activities at all Project sites.
2. Delivery of Work that helps Client requirements.
3. Prevent Fatal and Extreme Accidents.
4. Improve Quality, Safety & Environmental Standards.
5. Standardize PMS attention and continual progress to execute, based on PMS Objectives and Policy.
